Regarding pool float restrictions, these policies are established by the condominium association and are intended to promote safety and ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the pool area. We are especially sorry to hear that smoke from neighboring areas affected your ability to enjoy the balcony. Unfortunately, this can be difficult for management to control when it originates from other guests or surrounding properties, but we understand how frustrating that can be.
