We had a very nice stay at the Oakley Cutie which is in a perfect neighborhood location walkable to many different restaurants and breweries, including the very nice breakfast spot Sleepy Bee Cafe. The Cutie was very clean and comfortable and the host was very communicative and all went smoothly. Looking forward to booking the Cutie again on my next trip to Cincinnati.

Location was perfect and the house was spotlessly clean. I did text the host asking for additional washcloths (only provided two for two people staying five nights) and never got a reply. The neighbor’s barking dog was an annoyance. The house itself was lovely.

Margaret, we never received any communication that you did not have a sufficient number of towels or a request for anything you felt was needed. However, the cleaning crew did report that all the kitchen, washcloths and makeup towels were missing.

This was the perfect setup for my family. We were traveling from three hours away for a travel basketball tournament. This was our home away from home. The host was amazing. She checked on us on our arrival gave us some great suggestions for places to eat (which she didn’t have to do) and checked on us throughout our stay. The location is great. We walked to dinner (MadTree) was great! Very safe neighborhood. Quiet, nice, and easy! It was the perfect stay!

Adam, thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! It was a pleasure hosting your family during the travel basketball tournament — I'm so glad our Cincinnati home worked as your "home away from home." MadTree is one of our favorite walkable spots, and we love that guests can enjoy great food, breweries, and a safe, quiet neighborhood right outside the door. Best of luck to your player in future tournaments — we'd love to host your family again anytime you're back in town!

Host profile image
We are 20+ year residents of Oakley who have fallen in love with the neighborhood and cannot think of leaving the area. It is a beautiful place to grow our family and furry babies. WE have loved the area so much that we have invested in rentals. We love to travel with family, after being disappointed in hotels we decided to share our love for hosting and traveling here. We have carefully thought of everything you may need when you travel to a different city and hoping you will love our home and city as much as we do. Welcome to Cincinnati and welcome to The Oakley Cutie. We would love to host you!

Why they chose this property

The central location to all new establishments plus old school charm that Oakley has to offer can't be beat. If you like an engaging friendly neighborhood and love to walk around and just wander or go for a jog this is the neighborhood for you. There are plenty places to visit by foot from ice cream parlor to coffee shop, breweries, shops, gyms, wine bar, Cinemark, restaurants and even a toy store. Oakley has everything. Our home is close to a bus line, and there are Ubers everywhere. It's an easy 10 minute drive to downtown.

What makes this property unique

Our home is located within a block from ultra popular Oakley square. If you are new to Cincinnati then you should know that Oakley is one of the hottest, walkable neighborhoods. Drive by the neighborhood and you'll find people walking, jogging taking a stroll with their dogs at any given time. There are so many things to do in Oakley that you do not have to leave the area. Our home is literally a minute from Oakley square and walkable to all the shopping, restaurants and even Oakley Cinemark! Walk to anything you need. Or enjoy a cup of joe in our front and rear porches. Bringing a rental car isn't a problem with our off street driveway / private parking. Book your stay at The Oakley Cutie and see how great this area is!
