Perfect house for our group of families to get together and relax. Plenty of activities and things to do for the kids. Every amenity provided. Hot tub was an added bonus. One downside which is not the fault of the host, is the loud, dirty rock quarry in the back of the property. Made everything in the back yard covered in dirt each evening. Otherwise, excellent stay

--great house for our debate team to stay at. --the owner was very communicative and was also very reasonable and accommodating. --the house is big--the pictures shown gave me an accurate view of the place. --really nice back yard with lots of seating, a hot tub, ping pong table, grill, it was great. --super well located to high desert museum, bend, the volcano monument, etc. two things: 1. the 7th bedroom is curtain separated rather than with an actual wall and door (it worked for us but just saying). 2. the living room area especially could use a bit more of an aesthetic--more pictures on the wall (move the rules postings). that said--this was a GREAT place to stay. enjoyed our time. was very pleased with the place. owner is nice and very responsive. i'd stay here or at one of their other locations if/when i go back to bend.

Spring break ski trip

Great accommodations for 6 adults and 7 grand nieces and nephews. Property is conveniently located between Bend and Sunriver - perfect for daily trips Mt Bachelor and visits to Bend’s Mill district and the village area in Sunriver.

10! Excellent property that accommodated 5 couples and our grandchildren. The garage had ping pong and foosball as well as pieces to build a fort and toy trucks for the boys. Everyone had so much fun. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place.

Great place for birthday celebration

We had 9 adults and 3 kids in our group. There was enough space that each family had their own rooms. The house was very clean and there were also lots of things to keep the kids entertained.

Perfect family reunion

We had 15 people for a family reunion. Great house plenty of space so you aren’t on top of each other. Plenty of outside seating. We found the house to be a good value.

Great home for big groups

The house was perfect for our group of 17. The large open kitchen and family room space was inviting and comfortable with a large outdoor hangout space connected. Also a fun selection of indoor and outdoor toys for the whole family. We look forward to future visits

We really loved this house. There was plenty of room to spread out. Lots of places to sleep. Loved the 4.5 baths! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The garage was popular with air hockey, ping pong, foosball. David communicated very well and was quick to respond when we had questions.
