Great cottage/cabin type of house that served as an excellent home base for our visit to southern NH. It is 3 min from I-93 and Tuscan Village, which has a grocery store.Our family of 4 enjoyed the space. Each boys had their own rooms. The place has AC - which was huge during the 90 degree temps. The laundry room and washer/dryer were also very convenient. Having a kitchen is great. There is no dish washer - but it was ok. I was nervous about the one bathroom - but it worked out.The house is a duplex, and the laundry room is a shared space. It wasn’t weird at all. The host was very communicative.Originally - we were going to stay at the hotel in Tuscan Village. However - they were booked the first two nights of our stay and wanted 700 a night for the others. We had way more space and saved with this house.

In Town for Reunion

The property is just what we needed. It is convenient to shopping and to the interstate. The house could use a little more TLC and a dishwasher would be a welcomed add.

October Wedding Trip

It was a great place to gather with family and close to the wedding we were going to. I can’t thank Gil enough for always responding quickly and being open to us having other family in for an evening of fun. Thanks Gil!

Centrally located between Manchester and Boston

Like having temperature control in every room. The house was clean and comfortable with a nice size kitchen. Appreciated having three bedrooms, dining and living area. The drive to downtown Boston wasn’t very far.

Just like the pictures

The house has everything you need. Great location. It does not show the outside but there is a deck with a grill. I believe it is a shared deck with the "B" side but was nice to be able to cookout. Someone parked close to the grill but we worked around it.

Reliability

This was my third vacation I reserved with Vrbo. No place is perfect but this was very accommodating and clean. The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. My family enjoyed the stay which was very important to me. Vrbo does not disappoint. I want to thank the property manager for going beyond the scope it was much appreciated. Thanks Madeline

Just what we needed

The space was just right for 5 of us to gather for the weekend and to attend an event nearby. The living room space was perfect for friends catching up. The kitchen was stocked with enough items for us to do some light cooking. Beds were comfortable and there were ample linens. We had been a bit worried about 1 bathroom for 5 adults getting ready to go out at the same time but it was fine. Hot water did not run out and the bathroom was well stocked. There was also an iron and ironing table which came in handy! If we had stayed longer the laundry facilities would have been helpful as well. There were some games and some distractions for kids and some amenities for pets which we didn't need but was nice to see available. Overall it suited our needs and the location was convenient to pretty much anything you might want in the area plus had ample parking. There were some small unexpected finds which we communicated with the host about. Likely things that had been overlooked by cleaning crews that have to work quickly between rentals. Nothing that ruined the short stay for us. Communication was good so that's a big plus. We'd check out the property again if anything brought us back to the area.
