Really enjoyed our stay for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean and true space was perfect for our family of 6.Upon checking, just note that the entrance door is in the middle of the unit, not by the parking spaces off the left driveway

Great place and wonderful hosts. It is actually 3 units and the middle unit is the one you're renting. It doesn't have a dedicated parking spot. We had 2 cars and that was difficult but worked out fine. You may want a white noise machine as the road is fairly busy. We would stay again!

We stayed for the prep cup hockey tourney in NH. Proximity to rinks was great. Owner was responsive and was super nice .. locations nearby have plenty of food and shopping. If invited back to next years tourney we plan on staying again

This location was great. Close to a grocery stores and many restaurants as well as a large mall. Close to I-93 for trips into Boston. Each room had its own TV and the wifi was very good (300Mbps Up & Down).Outside has a nice small porch in the back with a table and grill just outside the kitchen patio doors.Everything was very clean and the new kitchen worked well cooking large meals.

Visited family for a baby shower and am so glad I found this property! It was close to everything, clean, cozy, and the property itself is gorgeous. Beautiful and Comfortable Space!

We had a great time at this property. It is very nice, beautifully set up. There was plenty of space for us: three adults, a five year old, a 10-month old, and our 14lb dog. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. He was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect location and amazing host

Our family stayed here and it was amazing! We had 2 babies and the rooms were all more than large enough for pack n plays and for everyone to be comfortable. The location is also perfect - it's within a short driving distance to everything. The host was also incredibly accommodating whenever I realized I forgot to book the additional night we needed. He responded promptly and kindly and got us out of a bind! I highly recommend this property! Exactly as pictured! Will definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable space for large family and good parking. Pictures reflect spaces accurately. Location is easy drive to Tuscan Village area and other restaurants and attractions including Atkinson Country Club, but you definitely need a car. Owner easy to communicate with via text. Property still has construction activity as indicated-no issues.

Everything was good but nothing exceeded expectations. There is room.for improvement, we did hit a few small snags but we made it work and Gil seemed pretty nice. The set up of the farm house was fine although the pictures do make spaces look much bigger than they are in person. We had some issues with the code to get in but fortunately Gils brother was near by to help. The cleanliness is my biggeat reason for not giving 5 stars. The kitchen and bathrooms looked like they had been cleaned but the rugs, throw pillows and throw blankets all looked grungy and like they may not have ever been cleaned. We also didn't have an adequate number of pillows and not all of the pillows provided had cases. The pillow covers also looked dirty as if people have been using them without a pillow case. I looked for extra linens and didn't find any. There also wasn't any detergent to wash towels and the number of towels provided wasn't quite enough to go around. The last thing I want to mention is that the bedroom closets were all just wide open and aren't really set up for use. We were getting ready for a big family wedding and having an appropriate place to hang our clothing would have been helpful. I still gave 4 stars because none of these minor issues were bad enough to receive a 3 star rating but some weren't quite a 4 either. Overall it was fine. I think with a few small changes/improvements it could be a 4 stay. I would recommend but would also manage expectations.
