The historic Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge is a quick stroll down the hill, and you have several choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or ice cream along the way! Walk to Coolidge Park, the Art District or the Tennessee Aquarium via the RiverWalk. With a Bike Chattanooga station at Coolidge Park, you can pedal all over the city for an hour or a day. The private front stoop is perfect for your first cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail, and the backyard is a songbird haven. A public pickleball court, charcoal grill, ball field and neighborhood park are nearby, and all kinds of hiking trails are a short drive away.

Great little place! The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. There is a very nice park across the street that was great for my relatives small children. Lots of really good restaurants in the area as well as a Whole Foods and Publix. I would stay here again.

House is as shown, middle bedroom has very firm mattress, not for everyone I’m sure but we made do. Walkable to restaurants and grocery store, but definitely a steep hill down on the way there so a steep hill up on the way back (we went during a heat wave so we really only did this early in the morning). Really cute and safe area, and loved the Pickleball court at the park across the street!

We took our toddler for an extended weekend trip. This was a great location and there was a playground across the street. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted, including the aquarium and children’s museum. The condo was immaculate and I was able to check us in without any problems.

The home was so clean and well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable there. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The Starbucks coffee was a welcome surprise! The towels and sheets and blankets were all very soft and good quality. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Just a short drive to all the attractions. It felt safe and a quiet neighborhood. The owners were great to communicate with and so helpful and kind! 10/10 and would stay again!

Perfect Getaway!

This was a wonderful stay! My roomie and I needed a small getaway, and it was perfect for the two of us!
