Great stay!

Loved the location and house so much wanted to stay an extra day, but the place was booked and I asked last minute. Absolutely wonderful location! Brought my family and dogs, everyone enjoyed and had plenty of room!

Thanksgiving

Enjoyed having family together for Thanksgiving. House was even bigger than the pictures indicated and worked perfectly. Property manager promptly addressed my concern related to a full trash can and had another one delivered! We would love to come back again.

Very disappointing stay. The house appeared to have only been surface cleaned and not properly deep cleaned or maintained in years. We had to wipe down every surface before unpacking because it did not feel clean. There wasn't a single roll of toilet paper when we arrived, and there were not enough blankets for those sleeping on the couch. We contacted Renjoy, were told blankets would be delivered, but they never arrived. We found fake eyelashes in the pool which lead us to believe it wasn’t being properly cleaned. Tons of unusable floatation tubes all over the pool area which just took away from the pool atmosphere. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and lack of follow-through made this a poor experience, and we would not stay here again. Cost way too much money for what we received. Pretty sure we let the unit cleaner than we found it. The check in and out process was smooth with very detailed instructions. The communication with host prior to arrival was great, very willing to answer questions about the area.

Time away when it was difficult.

The property was just as expected. Though we did have a little trouble finding one of the rooms as it is separate. We got in when it was dark and were getting everyone settled for the evening but were short a bed room. One of my daughters pointed out that there was a key for the pool room off of the pool so we check it out and it was the missing room. Anyway the check in and out process was so easy and we loved the location.

Wonderful place to stay with great amenities. The only reason for 4 stars is because of a few issues we had during our week long stay. We had trouble staying connected to the Internet- we finally received a good username and password 2 days before leaving. We had issues figuring out the pool and spa heat but we were finally able to figure this out. Ice maker stopped working or barely made a few cubes. They did have someone come out to look at it but never started working so I assume they may have needed to order a part or something. Renjoy was great at responding but kept asking us to take pics of TV screen or fridge screen. There was nothing a picture would help with as there was no error screen or anything. We would definitely book here again as the amenities were great and close to many attractions, beaches and restaurants.
