We loved staying here and would definitely stay again! The house was clean and fully equipped with everything needed, the host was attentive and the location was perfect. The outside area could have been cleaner upon arrival but overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everything was great at this property. The check in process was very smooth. We had one small issue with a drain and it was fixed with in the hour. The host communicated early and often to make sure we knew all that we needed to. It was a great home with a beatiful pool and walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be back.

The host management company was very responsive to our numerous requests for corrective actions to address items needing attention. We were a group of 6 children and 7 adults. We liked the easy access to the beach and bay area (where we did some fishing and enjoyed sunrises). We all used the putting green, swimming pool and ping pong table. We appreciated the cart, beach chairs and other equipment to use at the beach. The driveway is very tight for 4 cars as advertised. The kitchen is also tight for more than 2 adults; 2 appliances needed some repairs but worked well enough for us. The washer and dryer were fine. Once the heater for the hot tub was repaired, it worked fine. The elevator had some intermittent problems. The house was clean upon arrival. Overall we had an enjoyable week with our family.

I had no interaction with host or Vrbo. Elevator was necessary & was problematic Our family vacation was wonderful. Cleaners could have done a better job there was eggs & beans on the deck outside the living room. Melted hair puck on one of the decks, frig didn’t freeze certain items. But we enjoyed the house & loved our family time

Lots of things to do for all ages. Especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor living area, and beach within walking distance. Would recommend renting golf carts as everything on the island became easily accessible with them.

Fun sunny island! Highly revommend the Ugly Grouper Restaurant.

The views and pool were wonderful. It would have helped to walk into a clean house. The rooms were nice. It could use an overall dusting and clean floors.

Great location for families

You can find dolphins catching fish across the street and the somewhat quiet beach is just a few blocks away. Publix is a short drive and restaurants are in walking distance. Kitchen is fully functional and the back yard area is perfect for dining. Pool and hot tub were great, as was the private feel of the back yard We loved that many rooms had king beds, but the mattresses were not comfortable.

Perfect Island and perfect getaway

The house is beautiful, well furnished, big enough for a large group, has great views, and close to the beach. The island is perfect - beautiful beach, no high rises, people walking and biking, trolleys, and a ton of great little locally owned restaurants and beach front bars. I would go back!

Georgeous Beach House!

My wife and I stayed in this house with a group of friends and we loved it. Nicely decorated with all high quality amenities. Large bedrooms and lots of living area to spread out in. Great private backyard with jacuzzi and pool. A tropical paradise. Short walk to beach, bars and restaurants.

Family Vacation

Wehad a group of 10 stay at this property and it worked out perfect. All of the couples had their own king bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own room. This property looked just like the pictures. We spent a ton of time in the private pool and were only a few blocks from the beach and a very short walk to the bay to fish. This was a great property!

Home away from home

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Only a short walk (<3min) to the beach where you can relax in your own private area. The property was kept very clean and the appliances were upgraded. We enjoy cooking, so the kitchen was great for making meals. I felt like I was in my own home. Many nearby conveniences such as grocery stores and restaurants.
