Cabin was perfect for our stay (2 people). Cozy, clean and set in the woods. The cabin could use a floor lamp or two in the main part of the cabin. We had a hard time seeing our books with the lightning. The attached additional room(with a single bed and a Pac-Man game) smelled like mildew and was too stuff to really use. Aside from these two things, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cabin, stocked with just about anything and everything necessary/needed. Comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful. Bring extra water for drinking or coffee/tea as the cabin uses recycled rainwater which is not drinkable.

Tranquility at its finest!! I cannot say enough great things about this cabin! One of the cleanest and most comfortable cabins I have ever stayed in. Super peaceful wooded backdrop! Pac-Man arcade was a fun bonus. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to truly unplug from this busy world! God Bless and thank you! Definitely will be back!

We travelled to the area to attend a wedding and wanted a cabin to accommodate our family of five. It was an absolutely beautiful cabin! We loved the Big Foot theming. The property was great as well and we enjoyed the fire pit. The only downside was the WiFi was out all weekend. It is very secluded, so there wasn’t much of a cell signal either, so we were pretty cut off from the outside world, until we travelled out to the main road. Traveling with little ones, they were disappointed they couldn’t watch TV or use their iPads. Other than that, the cabin was well stocked with games to keep kids entertained. We would try out the cabin again in the future.

So, I rented this cabin, but due to circumstances out of the host’s control, we were unable to stay in this cabin. However, Erica immediately let us know that this cabin was out of order and she offered us another cabin for no extra cost. Erica was so nice about it and checked up on us later, to make sure everything was ok. And it was! We had a great weekend at Red River Gorge and the other cabin was AMAZING! I would say this cabin is the same, because this host was great and everything that we needed was right there in the cabin we stayed at! Highly recommend!!

This cabin was everything we thought it would be and more. It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The setting is private and peaceful with babbling creek, woods and birdsong. The screened in porch out the back was perfect for morning coffee and evening dining. We hope to return and would highly recommend to others.
