2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 8, up to 9. Convenient location on Ocean Avenue just minutes walking distance from the beach! Large covered balcony with ocean and Atlantic City skyline view. While the dune/grass height may impact the view of the beach and ocean from the balcony, the first-floor location is convenient and limits stair use! Elevator is also available. 2 covered parking spots are included under the building and an additional parking pass is provided for use anywhere permits are required on the island, including the beach lots across the street! The master bath includes a large jetted tub. Walking distance to basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, mini-golfing, restaurants, and stores. Brigantine offers a quant family-friendly summer vacation and a quick drive or Uber ride to Atlantic City for a night out on the town!

Upon booking, you will receive a welcome packet with everything you need to know about the rental and the island, including our favorite restaurants and things to do. We love helping you plan a wonderful vacation and are happy to help in any way we can!

We do our best to make your stay as convenient as possible. Sheets and bedding will be provided for all of the beds in the home during your stay. We provide 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest for 9 guests. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in each shower.
In addition, we provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soaps. While we try our best to provide enough for your stay, you may need to restock depending on usage.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Easy Peasy!! Pack your clothes, make reservations and slip your toes in the sand. What a lovely place. Meredith and Tyler have a beautiful home for you to enjoy. She had a welcome treat basket which was a lovely start to our slice of heaven. The amenities made packing light which was a nice change for us. Plenty of dishes, comfortable beds, and sofa. The table was nice sitting with open concept enjoying one another in the living room and TV. What a convenience it was to have extra beach umbrella and chairs too! A short walk to the beach was appreciated. We loved our stay with grandkids and friends. Thank you for making our vacation such an ease.
