When you enter the fabulous Luxury Beach Mansion, you'll immediately sense the warm and inviting upscale coastal decor. The 1st floor features 4 bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms. Two offer King beds (one with an additional twin bed and its own gas fireplace) and one has a Queen bed, while the 4th has a twin daybed with a pop-up trundle bed — the daybed and trundle can be used as two twin beds, or pushed together to make a king-size bed.

There is a 1st floor family room with a queen sofa bed, smart TV and its own kitchenette, and direct access out to the pool and patio area. The 4th bathroom also has a hall entrance, so guests using the family room sofa bed can reach it without going through Bedroom 4 — a convenient, very functional layout. The private pool is surrounded by a pavered patio with chaise lounges, a dining table and a Weber propane grill (propane provided) for outdoor dining and relaxation, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The 3-hole private golf putting green in the side yard adds a little friendly competition.

The ground floor bonus room is a flexible hangout space — heated and air conditioned, with a king sofa bed, TV and coffee table. The first of 2 laundry rooms is right off the bonus room, with a washer and dryer for your use.

The 2nd floor is the main living floor, with an open floor plan that is ideal for larger groups. The gourmet kitchen features the huge granite breakfast bar with seating for 10 and the full commercial-grade appliance lineup listed above, plus both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker for your enjoyment. The dining table seats 8, and there's outdoor dining for 8 more on the covered rear dining balcony. This floor has 3 balconies in all — a front balcony off the kitchen, a front balcony off the family room, and the covered dining balcony in the rear — all furnished for dining or leisure.

The open floor plan leads directly into the large family room with a gas fireplace and smart TV, with plenty of seating for your whole group. The 5th bedroom is also on this floor, with the same flexible twin daybed and pop-up trundle setup and its own ensuite bathroom.

The 3rd floor has 3 more King bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms. The primary suite is truly special — a King bed, wet bar, gas fireplace and smart TV, with a spa-like bathroom featuring a double vanity, jetted soaking tub and a sensational double shower with body jets. The third floor also has a wide balcony spanning the width of the house, accessed from both Bedroom 7 and the primary suite. A second laundry area on this floor brings the total to 2 washer/dryers in the property for your convenience.

The huge rooftop deck is one of the most unique features of this home! It is fully furnished with a circular sectional and chaise lounges — the perfect space to start the day with morning yoga, sunbathe in peace and privacy, escape for a glass of wine while viewing the ocean or the Atlantic City skyline, watch the sun set over the bay, catch the fireworks over Atlantic City, or stargaze at night. Breathtaking!!
