The Rustik Lodge invites you, your family, and your friends to enjoy unforgettable moments. Located on the banks of the Lièvre River, it offers magnificent views. Spacious, cozy, rustic and modern decor, fully equipped kitchen + (raclette, fondue), 2 relaxation areas, one with a wood-burning fireplace and the other a solarium with television and work desk. In the basement there is a games area including a pool table, a small arcade and a spa!

One master bedroom in the mezzanine with a view of the river, featuring a king-size bed and a sofa bed, one bedroom on the ground floor, and two connecting bedrooms in the basement. One bathroom on each floor, two living rooms, a game room, and a large balcony overlooking the river. Veranda with access to the spa and an outdoor area for a fire. 1 bar in the basement. 1 double kayak for adults and 3 life jackets for adults. There are 2 outdoor furniture sets, each seating 6 people. 1 table is on the upper balcony and the other is downstairs. In the living room chest, there are several games for children. We have a fondue and raclette set as well as a blender.

Guests have access to everything except the garage in the parking lot.

There are several activities in the area.
Trail #2513 of the Club Quadri-Laus and Club Quad Destination Hautes-Laurentides ATV clubs runs directly through the municipality in winter.
A snowmobile trail runs directly through this municipality, which belongs to the Anti-Loup INC Snowmobile Club, connecting to the major trails of the Les Ours Blancs Snowmobile Club.

The closest grocery store to the cottage is Le Marché Bonichoix in Notre-Dame-du-Laus.
The closest convenience store to the cottage is Beau-soir in Notre-Dame-de-Pontmain.
In the neighboring town of Mont-Laurier, there are several activities such as a movie theater, library, beauty and relaxation spa, restaurants, shopping center, Jacques-Lesage sports center, VD equestrian center, Re-cyclo sports Perron bike rental, etc.

A car is necessary to get to the cottage.

Wood is included. For the indoor fireplace, there are a few logs inside and others on the balcony to the left of the fireplace.
There are two outdoor furniture sets, each seating six people. One table is on the upper balcony and the other is on the lower balcony.
* Please bring your own sheets and blankets for the sofa beds.
****Please note that the dock will be installed between May and June and removed between September and October, depending on the water level.**

For long-term rentals, please select 31 nights or more to receive the monthly discount and avoid taxes applied to nightly stays.

**Please note that reservations over 2 months include housekeeping every 6 weeks.
Remove shoes at all times. If we smell cigarette smoke or other odors, a $400 fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Fireworks are prohibited. Dogs up to 40 pounds are accepted.
