For beach lovers, beaches are extremely close by, 9 miles by car, 0.5 miles by boat.

Bring your boat and tie up behind the house, where you`ll be less than 5 minutes to the inter coastal waterway, and less than 20 minutes to the Gulf. Boat trailer parking is available. The neighborhood boat ramp is 1 mile away, and 2 marinas with fuel are within a 5 min boat ride. Power and water are available at the dock, and there’s even a lower dock landing for the kayaker or paddle boarder. If you decide not to trailer your boat, rent one! Pensacola Pontoons will deliver a boat right to your dock. Let`s get you on the water!

DOCK: -31 ft. dock -Power and Water. Dock has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Garage is locked and for owners use only and will not be assessable to guest.
*The pool can be heated to keep the water at a comfortable temperature no matter what time of year you visit. Available upon request for an additional fee + taxes.
*The pool heater does require 48 hours to reach the optimal temperature of 84° degrees.
Important Information: -Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years. For the safety and privacy of all concerned, and out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that all renters and their guests do not go on adjacent properties. -There is a Ring doorbell, for your safety and security this camera will remain on.

Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation: Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in. Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable. Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.

Great location, perfect size property and a great fit for what we needed. Located within 20 min of several beaches and all of the hot spots without the traffic headache
We wanted a place to stay that was near the beach and included a dock for our son’s jet ski. This location provided both of these and was very nice to boot.
I would definitely stay here again! The home was super clean and in a great location, close to grocery stores and restaurants, and only a short drive to Pensacola Beach. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Our boys fished in the canal and enjoyed the pool. The host was quick to respond and we had everything we needed. Absolutely a 5 star experience!
This is the perfect house for a quiet family getaway. Beautiful pool for the kids and since we were traveling with toddlers we didn’t have to worry about them getting sunburnt since the pool is covered. Fishing from the dock was good. We enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and enjoy the peace and quiet without all the crowds and busyness of the beach. One of our best family vacations.

This home is beautiful and a great place for a Florida family vacation. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the tourist places. The pool and dock for fishing is a great addition to this well set up home. This will be a place I will use for our future family vacations.
The layout and setup of the property was even better than we expected. The back deck with the pool and canal view were incredibly convenient and perfect for relaxing with the family. Accommodations were perfect and Donna was incredibly responsive and helpful. Will stay here again if ever back in the area!
We had an amazing stay. I think the outdoor spaces were our favorite part of the house, though we loved all of it. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well supplied. We look forward to returning in the future.

This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool is amazing! Location is good, close to beach and about 30 minutes from the Naval Base if that’s what you are in town for. Property manager was very helpful and responsive during the entire process.
