Family/Friend vacation

Wonderful house for a large group, we had adults, teens and kids. We had plenty of room, the kids enjoyed the game room and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of pool/beach toys and beach chairs. We made multiple meals at home but also good selection of restaurants and only a short drive to Pensacola Beach. House was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish soap. Appreciated this as we forgot to buy those items while shopping. Steve was great and even reached out to let us know the house was available prior to check in time. Worked out great as we got into town a little early. Will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus in-laws. Very clean, fully stocked with everything you'd need (toiletries, towels, beach towels, small appliances .. coffee maker, k-cup coffee maker, air fryer, slow cooker). Screened in patio was a nice place for coffee every morning. Pool is huge and clean! Kids & adults loved finishing the day swimming after a day at the beach. Hot tub too! Back yard was beautiful - a little oasis - and loved the lighting after dark. Beds were comfy and had convenient usb chargers next to beds. Everyone enjoyed the game room. Steve was very helpful and responsive for any questions or needs before & during our stay. I love a well organized rental - he even had a binder with instructions for everything & anything with recommendations for local stores & restaurants. Location was extremely convenient, close to the bridge so we were only a few minutes away from the beach. We will definitely be renting this house again.
