Cell service is sparce throughout all of Hocking Hills depending on cellular carrier and equipment. The Router was working properly and tested by staff an hour before scheduled arrival. Our logs showed the guest had attempted to reset the hardware 11 times prior to initial contact when she was given a master password and asked not to attempt resetting again so we could attempt to resolve remotely as tampering with internet hardware violates the rental agreement. It was then reset 3 times after said contact. It was 10pm and the issue was due to the guests violation of our policy. Was going to resolve in the morning but after several nasty messages we went and resolved the issue that evening even though it was of their own doing. Amy did not even come down to make contact but sent another member of their party.
