Cute 1 bedroom/1 bath condo overlooking the pool & the beach! 2 beach loungers/1 umbrella provided on the beach 3/15-10/31. Gorgeous beach & gulf views from your living room & balcony. Brand new kitchen w/ blue shaker cabinets, granite counters, & stainless steel appliances. Stunning sunsets! Unique coastal decor throughout plus 50 inch flat screen tvs. Walk to Pier Park, Top Golf, & Sharkys. Shuckums Oyster Bar is across the street. We are a 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park (9 softball fields, tennis, basketball, fishing, dog park, aquatic center, etc). Beautiful pool, hot tub, wash station w/ shower, grills (3), & patio with picnic tables. Plenty of parking out front. There is a small grass area on the property for dogs. Laundry is onsite in shared laundry area on 3rd floor. Unit is privately owned & managed. It is located within The Ambassador Condos. Well behaved dogs (under 70 lbs approx) are allowed with prior approval. Please be sure to check the dog box on VRBO for dog fee. We own 3 beautiful 2nd floor units if this 1st floor unit happens to be booked (1156050, 1817520, 2381370). If you are looking for a larger gulf front property, check out Emerald Seascape. It is a 4 bedroom/4 bath townhome (780217) on the beach with numerous 5 star reviews!! We also own a beautiful downtown industrial condo in Birmingham if you are in the area or need a place to stop on the way to our PCB condos!

Please be aware this unit is NOT what is “billed” in the advertisement. The room had not be cleaned throughly, we had to purchase our own supplies and hand scrubbed the floors. The urine smell was unbearable. We had to wash dishes with food left on plates and lip marks on the glasses. The noise level is extremely high and provides no rest during the night. The room is either frigid or hot.We are disappointed with this room and again warn you this is not unit worth renting EVER.

We loved the place. It was quiet at night. There was work going on above us during tthe day, but it didn't bother us because we were mostly gone during the day. It could impact others if they enjoy staying indoors. I'm not surevwhat they were working on but it sounded like construction of some sort. The owners were very responsive throughout the trip. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beach is soooo close to the condo, you can just about feel the ocean mist on your face from your balcony. Great little space for your furries to do their business. Cute little galley kitchen perfect for the off nights when you eat in.

Jeff & Jill's adorable condo sits directly on the beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Open up the patio doors and the scenery is breath taking.I would highly recommend this slice of paradise to anyone. We can't wait to go back.Jeff was extremely fast to respond to a lock situation that was completely our fault.

We enjoyed our stay with hosts Jeff & Jill. Everything was clean and the condo is beautiful. The unit is in a perfect location- easy walk from the parking lot and beautiful view of the pool and beach. Communication was great and the property itself was well-maintained. I was worried about parking with it being across from a restaurant, but it proved to be no issue. Reserved beach chairs were great. The beach was never too crowded in this area. Looking forward to coming back!

My wife Jill and I have 4 units in the building. We live in Wisconsin with our two dogs (Oliver and Casper), but frequently visit PCB as we love it there. We also own a 4 bedroom gulf townhome near Pineapple Willys.

Why they chose this property

We love this building because of the location and small size of the development.
You can't beat this prime spot in PCB.

What makes this property unique

The condo is walking distance to Pier Park, Gulf World, Sharkeys, Shuckums, and many other attractions. A car is optional! Walmart is within walking distance as well for supplies and so forth. The views of the gulf are spectacular and sunsets are beautiful.
