The property was pretty easy to find, but it appears there is more than one place to stay in the unit and there is not a dead bolt in the room we stayed in. There is one on the outside door, but that didn’t make us feel super comfortable. The shower didn't appear to be very clean. When you laid on the bed it didn’t feel flat, if felt like you were tilting at an angle. Overall the property was fine and with a few small changes could be better.
Good enough stay. The property is in a quiet location. A good place to stay if you are exploring Wasilla, Palmer, Matanuska or places North of Anchorage.

This is a studio unit. we were there for a week. It was quiet, bed comfortable & bathroom nice & clean. On the downside coffee maker was corroded. we bought a new one. Also bought a bath mat to prevent slipping in the tub.Had 1 roll of toilet tissue/ bought that as well. Also bought coffee. Was given 2 towels & 2 washcloths to last a week. Bought more washcloths. There was a washer & dryer in the common area but no detergent. The tv was on a too low table at the foot of the bed. Had to set the tv on top of a cooler. A lot of improvising but we had a great time in beautiful Alaska regardless.
Space was clean and comfortable in a peaceful neighborhood. Jacob was very responsive to emails and went out of his way to ensure we had the best stay possible. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a spot to stay.
This was a quick stayover between other towns so I really didn't care too much about the location. But the bed was the worst we slept in over our two weeks, including sleeping on the ground. Very hard and we could feel the springs. The bed frame was nice but the position of the tv made it impossible to watch it from the bed and there was no other place to sit. We had a hard time finding some place to eat in the local area as many places were closed or too far away. This is obviously not the owners fault but perhaps some menus from restaurants in the area would be welcome. I would come back if the bed was comfortable. My husband thought about sleeping on the floor.
