The tiny house is PACKED with amenities, is pristine, amazingly crafted and o-so-cozy. Beautiful geranium pots to pop the setting. Perfect jump off location quick travel south to the city and quick travel north for hiking and sightseeing.

Outstanding Value and Cozy

Usually cozy means cramped, but this was far from it. This place had all the amenities of a one bedroom apartment but everything was so efficiently laid out I never felt cramped. The owner is a builder and everything was well built and designed. I probably never would’ve booked it had it not been for another listing falling through the week before my trip, so this was a last minute “I’ll take anything with a roof” situation. It turned into an “I’m definitely considering this place again” when I come back! There’s another full size house nearby but they are far enough away you have plenty of privacy. The fire pit and outdoor seating is a nice touch. It is far enough out to feel like you’re in the woods but still a close drive to Palmer or Eagle River. It is situated close to AK1 so you will hear the highway in a distance, but it’s not close enough to keep you up at night with the windows open. All of this said, if you’re the discriminating type that insists upon luxury then it isn’t for you, but if you don’t mind the concept of staying in a tiny house, this one is perfect. Timothy was very accessible, friendly, and even stopped by to make sure we didn’t have any issues with check-in. For peak summer booking 5 days in advance of the trip it was an absolute bargain.
