Brand new (2022) stunning penthouse condo in the heart of downtown Winter Park. It has the perfect blend of privacy and easy access to all that Winter Park has to offer. The building is steps to the free shuttle stop or an easy stroll to your favorite restaurant or Hideaway Park for entertainment.

Construction on the neighboring property will affect access to our parking lot. There will be a drop-off zone for your belongings at the building entrance and elevator. Convenient parking is within 1/2 block of the building and visible from our unit. Thanks for your patience during this time.

This newly built condo with elevator access sleeps 7/8 comfortably. It has all of the amenities of a modern home: Full compliment of kitchen appliances, laundry, gas fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Enjoy the stunning views from the large windows throughout or relax on the deck and take it all in!
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with jetted tub/shower, and large walk-in closet.
The front bedroom has a double bed and closet with easy access to a bathroom and laundry. It can also be closed off to form its own private suite.
The spacious loft has a queen size bed, a couch/chaise that opens up to a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet that has a workstation that can be used as a private office.

This condo is newly rebuilt (2022). It is cozy and comfortable while also having all of the modern amenitiess you need. Professionally styled in a mountian modern theme and curated with vintage items for aesthetic enjoyment.
It is in the heart of downtown Winter Park, walkable to everything in town, and easy access to the resort.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is the end unit on the top floor of the condo building. It has spectacular views of the mountains and overlooks the downtown area. It is so easy to access everything the town has to offer without getting into a car. Walk or shuttle to everything.
