The Condo
This two-story, top-floor unit serves as an excellent year-round retreat in Winter Park. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofas, a TV, and a gas fireplace. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Guests can step onto the deck from the living room or the Primary Bedroom to enjoy forest views and the sounds of Vasquez Creek. Additional features include a spacious main hallway with a mudroom area, ample closet space, a washer and dryer, and covered parking for one vehicle. Please note that there is no air conditioning.

This location is positioned along Vasquez Creek in a smaller condo complex to enjoy peace and quiet but still be within 0.9 mile to Downtown Winter Park. You can catch the free town shuttle right outside to access the mountain. Winter Park Ski Resort is located 3.5 miles away for easy access to skiing and snowboarding.
