Location, Location, Location! - Please Note: This unit is directly above Hula's Bar and Lei stand. Though every effort is made by the bar to contain their noise level. This may not be the quietest unit in the building. Thus the awesome price! Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.

* We never charge a resort fee or a reservation handling fee.
** We provide towel exchange by request on the 3rd day of a 5 day minimum stay. Message us for details.
Abbreviated House Rules - for a full set of House Rules see the Front Desk
• Rubbish Chute hours 8AM-9PM. On each floor at the end of the OPEN tiled hallways. Rubbish is to be bagged and tied so that it will easily fit down the chute without breaking. The blue recycle bin is for bottles and cans ONLY. Anything large or after the chute is locked for the evening can be taken down to the rubbish bin enclosure on the right hand side of the upper parking lot. No trash bags left in hallway.
• Smoking is not permitted in the building including parking decks, and is only allowed 20’ feet from any entrance or window per City & County Regulations.
• Drones are not permitted on the property or within 100 feet of the building. Be aware of State of Hawaii regulations.
• Please use beach showers and leave sand on the beach.
• Please keep all personal belongings within the unit so that they cannot be seen by others and no towels hanging off of railings. If personal belongings are left in the hallway, they will be held for 24 hours before being disposed.
• Glass or breakable items are not permitted around the pool or on the 10th floor SunDeck.
• Please conserve water and energy. We live on an island and ALL resources are precious.
• Vehicles are to be washed off of the property.
• Drunken and/or disorderly conduct is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
• Please observe our quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
