Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Newly remodeled in light bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and King memory foam mattress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from the spacious patio. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at:

This villa was perfect for my husband and I plus our sweet beagle. The bed was very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive to make sure our stay was perfect. My favorite part. Walk out the bedroom onto the sandy beach, only a few steps to the ocean. Our villa was on the corner bottom floor. This trip was a birthday trip for me and we certainly enjoyed staying there. We will be back. “a slice of Heaven”

A slight hang up with the payment exchange, but it was definitely a Vrbo thing and not the host. Being 10 paces from back door to sand was my all time favorite about this place. Chris and his team were generous and helpful. I didn’t have to reach out much at all, but when i did, they were very responsive. I will definitely be back!

Right on the beach!

You step out on your patio and onto the sand! This place is clean and cozy. We loved the distance to shops and to the pier it was a great vacation! The beach at your back door is hard to beat! Thank you!

Great Stay

We stayed at this property the week before Memorial Day. It was great having the beach just steps away from the patio. The beach service was a plus since we didn't have to take much with us to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. I recommend.

Perfect beach get away!

This was THE perfect beachfront condo in Ft. Walton for our small family. Cute, laid back, and the beach was literally right out the door. Beach service was great and made it easy to hit the beach with our little kids. Everything we needed for a beach weekend! Check-in was super easy and we had zero issues with anything. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. We really enjoyed our stay! My husband said multiple times that it was a perfect condo.
