Why they chose this property

This home is so close to all that Tampa has to offer. Walkable to downtown and our personal favorite Armature Works. Armature Works is an exceptional spot to hang out during the day and chill, and of course to enjoy the Tampa nightlight. The Tampa Riverwalk has seen so much expansion with our growing city and its highly recommended to talk a walk after dinner out at armature works!

What makes this property unique

1928 classic Tampa craftsman bungalow- this home has been tastefully updated with modern amenities for the new age traveler. Our favorite aspect of the home is the large backyard deck equipped with 4 outdoor speakers!
