• Absolutely no HOUSE PARTIES, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, fraternities, weddings or receptions allowed. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, it will be required to immediately vacate and there will be no refunds

• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 10am

• This a no-smoking property

• No pets allowed

• Wild Dunes does not allow Motorcycles or RVs to enter the resort.

• Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.

• All trash must be placed in and bags and tied off before being placed in the can
