Group of 7 adults and 2 little kids, had a blast! Even with the rain and bad weather there was alot to do with games and enough room inside and covered outside to relax.
Everything was great and as expected. We caught alot of fish and were able to have a really good fish fry one evening of our trip. Made lots of great memories.
Came here for our annual family/friends vacation and could not have been more impressed. Beautiful and clean property with plenty of comfy places to sleep, a great kitchen space to cook for our whole group, and lovely and relaxing views from the deck. The kids (and adults lol) loved the waterslide, too! We plan to book again for next year!
This is a very lovely property! The back patio is gorgeous! Lots on places to sit with nice furniture. Half the patio is covered. So everyone is happy! The kids spend the day on the boat dock swimming and fishing!
This house was great and accommodated 11 of us with plenty of space. How was clean and well stocked. Owner was fast in responding and was there if we needed anything! Would stay here again!!
The outdoor space did not disappoint. Appreciated the dock and boat slip. Owners were helpful and easy to contact, which is so good. I would recommend this VRBO!
House was great. Plenty of room for the whole family. Bunk house was a nice addition. Big deck for activities and hanging out. Close to the water. Dock was nice. Kids loved the slide.
The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and had everything our group of 16 (ages 1-70) needed. The kids (big and small) enjoyed the lily pad! Plenty of seating inside and out. Thank you again Dean and family for making our family trip memorable. Our family from Mexico loved Lake of the Ozarks!
The home was well stocked and supplied. No need to buy basic staples like salt/pepper/seasonings/plastic silverwear/foil/wrap/storage bags/etc. They provided more than an ample supply of beach towels. The swim dock w slide was a delight to all! Even adults! And deck and proximity to swim dock and fishing was perfect. Deck is massive and cool even in muggy temperatures. Fantastic place.
Great for multi-family trips! (Or any family really)
Chose this place to celebrate my mother-in-laws 80th birthday with her three kids, their families, and her disabled adult son. The house was perfect because each group had their own room and the limited number of stairs (really only a few down to the dock) made it accessible for everyone to enjoy themselves. We rented a boat for the day from Pirates Point (owner recommendation) and the boat slip was perfect. Would highly recommend this place to others.
This property was spacious enough for all the people that came and offered a relaxing and restful vacation! There was plenty of space on the deck and the dock for everyone to enjoy vacation. This property offered everything that was needed, and then some. And everyone enjoyed the slide - Some love sliding on it, and others loved watching them slide on it! It was easy to communicate with the homeowners and they were very receptive and responsive. Thank you for an amazing stay and vacation in your home!
This house was great for our trip! The house is set up well for multiple couples and the bunkhouse is an added bonus. This would be a great setup if you have several kids in your group as well. The massive deck was great with plenty of seating and great views on a really nice cove. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the water slide and swimming platform off the dock. It also has an open slip if you have a boat or wave runners to tie up. There is also plenty of parking room for multiple vehicles. The host reached out with info before the trip and gave contact info in case we had any issues (we didn't). I would highly recommend this property.
A group of 11 of us stayed and will probably stay again. The only cons were the rooms above the garage are amazing but they don’t have a bathroom. You do have to go down to the main house for that. The beds in the main house could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable and every time someone moved it was pretty loud. The beds in the rooms above the garage are amazing. We did have a couple of friends slip on the steps going to the dock. One of our friends fell down completely. So watch your footing going down. Overall the host was easy to communicate with and the house fit us all comfortably. I would recommend staying here.
I really enjoyed the lake front property. They had a lot of beds to accommodate many guests. They had corn hole boards and a wood pellet grill I wish we would have known about so we could have planned ahead better. There are two and a half baths. That was kind of a struggle because people had to go into someone’s bathroom to shower. I wish they would have had a full bath accessible some other way than the bedroom.. We probably had too many adults to fit well in this property. It would be great for kids with children.
Our group of four friends had a great time at this property - the main focus of our trip was to fish on the lake and spent most of the days doing that. The dock was spacious and the water in this part seemed calm enough to make a good swimming spot. The fishing in the cove was excellent the weekend we were there, we didn't even have to leave to target crappie. While our group was much smaller than the property could afford, there was plenty of room available in the main house to fit a bigger crowd. We didn't use the bunkhouse but it would be a nice option when bringing the kids along. We spent pretty much all our time not fishing at the house on the large deck - plenty of seating, and a large tree shades much of the deck throughout the afternoon and into the evening. We enjoyed our time and may have to make a return trip with our families.
