Rosa Pointe offers the best of both worlds - a fully renovated pool front unit that is only steps away from Sea Bluff's own private beach access. This townhouse is perfect for families with young children. Enjoy numerous family beach days or low key outings at the pool. After spending a day on the beach, it’s a very short walk to Blue Mountain Creamery, Big Daddy’s Bikes, Blue Mabel, Redfish Taco, Blue Mountain Bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen and many other locations. Publix and Walmart are a short car ride away and Whole Foods in Destin offers grocery delivery.
The townhouse's main floor is updated open concept - kitchen, dining room, living area and half bath. The upstairs has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - all modernized. The king master has a private balcony, pool facing, and a master closet that is large enough to accommodate a pack-n-play if desired. The guest bedroom has both a king bed and bunk beds (with trundle) and balcony with ocean corner views.
The ground floor has a garage with a laundry room and rear patio access leading to the pool. The rear patio contains an outdoor shower and grill. Every square surface of this has been recently remodeled. All furnishings, decor, linens, appliances, etc. are brand new!

30A Perfection!

Best 30A stay in years. Great home and location with beach access and a wonderful host. Few places left on 30A to get away, but this is one. House has everything you need but you're close to some of the best restaurants. Will stay again for sure.

Great Location, Beautiful Home.

This house has everything you want for a great beach trip. The home itself is beautifully decorated, and, importantly for our group, the kitchen is well stocked. The condo and surrounding units share a private pool and a private beach. Centrally located in Blue Mountain Beach. Overall, a fantastic property that I would highly recommend.

We had the most incredible time! It was the perfect size for 2 kids/2 adults! Beautiful decor and super comfortable. The private beach was magnificent. Arranging beach chairs was super easy and the location is great! Highly recommend Blue Mabel just across the road! We will be back!!!

Felt like our home

We go to miramar every year and have stayed up and down the coast. This is the 1st place that i left feeling where the accommodations felt like home! There isn’t anything i would change about this place down to the last detail. Great location, communication from our host, and quality of stay is 2nd to none that we’ve experienced anywhere in deatin to panama city

Santa Rosa beach for the win!

I have nothing but exceptional things to say about our stay! The host was so accommodating and helpful. The condo itself is stunning. The beds are also extremely comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you’ll need. The beach is unbelievable! Loved the location, we walked to the restaurant/ shops near by! An awesome experience! Looking forward to going back next year.

Amazing Time Away

The accommodations were great --- modern and comfortable. Having private beach access to such a gorgeous beach was amazing. We were blessed with great weather and thoroughly enjoyed the white, powdery sands and crystal clear calm waters. It felt very safe overall. Great restaurants and shopping. The ONLY negative was the climb up those stairs back from the beach each day ... But that was a small price to pay for such an incredible experience.
