Our unit has been in the family since it was built in 1976. We were fortunate enough to purchase our home from my mother-in-law in 2017. We added some "love" with updates and new furnishings, just as she had for many years. She enjoyed reading the guest book on her visits and valued the comments. No crowded high rise elevators, no one running up and down the halls, no tournament teams, and best of all, direct access to the beach, right outside your door! Stay in, and pop some fresh fish on the grill while you enjoy the sunset. Or, head to 30 Avenue or Rosemary, for amazing restaurants or a toddy at The Black Pearl.. We love The Donut Hole, Big Bad Breakfast, Thomas' Donuts, Edwards, Barbacoa, Shades, Destin Ice Seafood Market, and many more, all just minutes away!
