We really enjoyed our stay in Alii Cove KK4. The unit was clean and stocked better than any rental we have ever encountered. And the few things that needed addressing were taken care of quickly. And my wife really liked the repair guy. :) Both check in and check out were seamless with directions emailed to us before arriving.
A beautiful condo with many amenities in a convenient location. We enjoyed starting the day with the ocean view from the lanai. Neighbors were friendly. Easy and efficient communication with Kona Beach Properties.
Mostly very good. Clean, new, well supplied, etc. Know that there is a large frosted glass window between the living room and the master bedroom, you can't sleep if anyone is still up in the living room. Only big con is the unrealistic checkout expectations. They expect you to be out by 10:00am and then ask that you wash, fold, and put away all the bed sheets and towels before you leave. There's no way that's happening.
