Property was perfect for us. There were only two of us. There was plenty of room for six people. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Neighbors didn’t bother us. Everything we needed was close by.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with covered parking. The house is super comfortable and has everything we need. The towels are soft and thick. Cindy is great at communicating to make sure we dont have any issues. Highly recommend!

Had a great time in sparta

We came to Sparta, TN for the state parks and to view the many waterfalls around the surrounding area. Our rental was great and located in a great location that made it easy to visit several (9 waterfalls total) without having too far of a drive To the parks. We had a great place to stay, great hosts and had a great fun visit in Sparta.

Everything was so modern clean and comfy. Everything went so smoothly. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I chose this location because it is a great starting point for many hiking trails and waterfalls.We visited waterfalls to the east, north and south of this rental.
