The house was really comfortable and clean. Third room has 2 bunk beds which made our kids really happy and a large backyard. Biggest advantage is just 10 min drive to Disneyland. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Every need was anticipated by host: layout of home/furniture-open and spacious, kitchen supplies well stocked, washer/dryer available, outdoor eating space with lawn area for children to play. Drinks in fridge chilled and ready to drink on arrival. We had a lovely, relaxing time with family. Thank you.

Find a place that doesn’t have cockroaches outside and bugs near every sink. Also if you forget a minor rule, be prepared for a rudely spoken phone call for a quick fix. Grill/ floor was extremely dirty. The place overall is great just don’t see the need rude customer service if we’re the ones paying.

I Rarely fee the need To reply to a review. We canot control where A bug may go outside of our home . You were the first person to mention That issue. Somebody In your group Parked where you werent allowed to. That created a problem for someone that was leaving in the morning for the airport. Every lIsting Has rules. Ours are not extreme . Look around and you will see.

Great property that is very clean. Terry and Jessica are very responsive and welcoming. Beds are on the softer side but not a deal breaker for us. The location and neighborhood is great.

The unit was very clean with lots of beds. The kitchen was well supplied. The bathrooms looked new and clean. A/C worked well. We were visiting Disneyland and it was about 3 miles away and an easy drive or Uber.

Host failed to disclose there were other guests on the property, invading our privacy. I would never book here again as it was extremely uncomfortable. Hosts have an unrealistic list of guests”rules” such as no food or drink on the couch.

every place has rules, we post them and assume you would read them. We also sent a check in message with everything you need to know prior to check in . You didn't fully read that as well. You parked in a spot blocking someone . I messaged you and then called you to remedy the situation. You never made any complaint or questioned anything while speaking with me. I was shocked to hear that you contacted VRBO and requested a full refund after stay 4 days at the home. As a parting shot you leave a terrible review. No I would not refer you to another host.

Everything was as stated in the description of the property. The house was clean and up to date and the a/c kept the house cool even though it was very warm outside. we used the outdoor grill a lot and it was nice and handy. It was not too clean when we got there but that was minor and easy to take care of. It is in a older residential area that is kept up well and once we were inside the house you pretty much didn't hear any noise or commotion, we would for sure stay there again.
