We all enjoyed r stay! The house is about 4 houses from the bay. A lovely spot for our young grandson. The house was equipped with everything we needed to hang out & play at the beach and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. Parking was easy, the house was very clean & our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Check in process was easy. Place was very clean. Kitchen was very nice and equipped with anything you might need. Parking was a plus, parking is definitely limited in the area so it was nice to have our own spot. Location was convenient and close to great restaurants and the beach. The nice part was all of the small details (extra toiletries, towels, stocked ice, fans). No issues with noise. Bed was also very comfortable. Host was very accommodating.

This property is not only immaculate and perfectly located, but it is also well stocked with everything you need, spacious, and accommodating. We walked to and from Second Street, the beach, and the bay. The host was quick to respond and provided thorough check-in/check-out information prior to both. A perfect spot for a wedding nearby. Wonderful!

Great location with everything we needed. Dedicated garage parking is ideal as parking on the peninsula can be challenging. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook at home. Two large living areas to hang out in the house. Especially appreciated all the fans to cool the house down at night because there’s no AC. Beautiful, comfortable home!!

Carmen was a wonderful host. The house was clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic as it is close to 2 beaches and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time on the Peninsula.

We had a great stay! The location and parking are fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, so many thoughtful details! There was plenty of room for our family of 4, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean, just lovely!

Checking in was smooth only suggestion is not to park close to the right side garage door. It extends out and I wasn’t expecting that. It hit my car The left side door goes up so you’re safe there. This beach cottage is beautiful and the pics don’t compare. It was fully stocked with everything you would need. From kitchen to bathrooms (only dislike was the nonstick pans and plastic utensils due to forever chemicals. I had hubby drop off a couple of my pans cause we live local. If you’re not ok with them bring yours) It has a small coffee bar and teas. The outdoor space is upstairs with a small fountain and lights that makes it feel like a little sanctuary. The location of the cottage is perfect. Bay on one side and the beach on the other. Downtown is only a few blocks away. We stayed Thur-Sun and it was very quiet not a lot of people traffic. Overall we had a great time here and would definitely love to come back.

Definitely enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood near the bay and ocean. The home was clean, very well stocked with extras just in case we forgot to pack items. House felt very homey unlike a lot of rental homes we have stayed in. You can tell the host put that little extra into the home to make the stay more pleasant, We were in town for a cheer competition and it was nice to go back and have the windows open and relax on the couch. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We’ve stayed in the area before and parking was an issue, so it was nice to have the 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome location

Our family had a great time at this property. The location is so perfect between the marina and the beach. Beautiful home. Love the upstairs living room and kitchen and the management did a great job providing all kinds of extras in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay by the beach!

The house was lovely and was just as stated in the description and pictures. Carmen was very responsive throughout our stay which was very appreciated. The location was great for all of our needs as we also visited theme parks during our stay. I 100% would stay here again, especially if we were looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Beautiful property, great location

Beautiful house, clean, well appointed. Has beach toys and bookie boards, and even got floaties for the kids. Great views, easy access to the Pacific Ocean and the Naples Bay/Marina.

Our stay was perfect! This house is everything we hoped it would be. It’s incredibly close to the beach and made it really convenient to walk back and forth whenever we felt like going. The host provided basically everything you’d need for hanging out at the beach so we didn’t need to bring anything from home. The garage was very helpful. We had two cars and elderly parents so having that parking available for them was wonderful. The house was spotless and very spacious. The appliances, cooking utensils, and kitchenware were very nice and well kept. We highly recommend this place and hope we can stay there again.
