Located within 2 miles of Rehoboth & Dewey Beach, bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3 bedroom loft style condo sleeps up to 8. Featuring 2 full baths with shower tubs and one powder room, two bedrooms with king sized beds and the kid friendly loft area. There is plenty of space for friends and family and/or multi family vacations. Enjoy access to the community pool located just steps outside of the building. Pool is open Memorial day to Labor Day. Condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access.

The neighborhood is located close to both downtown Rehoboth and Dewey beach but allows you to skip the highway one traffic. Located in a quiet space to feel relaxing but close enough to everything within a 5 min drive
