Welcome to our quaint little retreat here in the woodlands of Pocono Lake, PA. Located within the Arrowhead Lake Community, this 3 bedroom, 2-bath home comes with a modern interior feel, fully stocked kitchen, a game-room, and both a propane and outdoor firepits. Whether you’re here for a ski-trip, a special occasion or just want to escape the fast-pace of life, come recline back with the people you enjoy most and take in all of what the Poconos has to offer.

Our home has 3 bedrooms in the following configurations

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: 2 Full Beds | Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunk Beds

The Kitchen:
Fully stocked breakfast bar w/ stool seating, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave. Stainless-steel appliances and accessories also included such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishware & flatware. Small pantry with basic cooking needs and spice rack.

Living Quarters:
3 Smart TVs, 8-person dining table, propane & wood fireplace, one small work-from-home setup and a large game room boasting a foosball & pool table with complimentary board games sure to bring back childhood nostalgia.

Outdoor Space:
One large wood deck with a gas grill and a fire pit.

Amenities:
Free WiFi, central A/C & heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer.

Complimentary toiletries, detergent, ceiling fans, hair dryers, hangers, ironing board, clothes steamer, trash bags & paper towels.

Safety:
Stairs required for access, 4 exterior security cameras (facing out) with motion sensing floodlights

Parking:
Driveway (4 vehicles max)

***Please also note that our home is located within the Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Access to the Community amenities are included in the rental and guests must use the wristbands given during check-in to denote yourself as a guest in the Community.***

ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUNITY AMENITIES (w/ fee):

3 heated seasonal swimming pools (open only from Memorial Day - Labor Day), 4 beaches, clubhouse, fitness room, game room w/ pool tables, tennis courts, gymnasium with a basketball court & beach volleyball courts.

***Please note, HOA rules do not allow bookings within 3 days of arrival.***

***MANDATORY RESORT FEES (paid to Arrowhead Lake during check-in):

Wristbands for amenities: $6 per person, per day for all guests over the age
of 6

1 gate card per vehicle registration, $20 vehicle fee per vehicle (up to 4 vehicles), and $35 transaction fee

***Please note, these resort fees must be paid 3 days prior to arrival, otherwise HOA will deny entry without refund. Please submit vehicle information upon booking in a timely manner***

Rustic Retreat for sure

Family Fun

We really enjoyed the 2 days as it helped us unwind from the hustle and bustle. We cherished spending quality time with the kids and this place was perfect for that. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great family getaway!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the deck was where we spent a lot of our evenings over a campfire. The amenities are just 1-2 miles ( if that) away access to lakes and pools and they have a lodge close by the house where all activities are taken place for adults & children. It was a last minute booking for us but everyone had the best time and the hosts were very helpful and always answered all of our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to a family or group getaway we had the best time!

Great weekend getaway spot

Space was clean and well kempt. Was unable to enjoy the outdoor amenities due to the weather but nonetheless my family enjoyed a lazy, relaxing stay filled with games, grilling, and lounging. Rebecca was quick with her responses and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely re-visit this property.

Great place!

This property checked all the boxes we needed. Fit a lot of people in beds, clean, wonderful heated pools and lake activities, giant deck with fire pit. We would def book this again for our group. Super easy and enjoyable. Recommend!

Why they chose this property

107 Washo Path is a cute, rustic home tucked away in Arrowhead Lake Community Association in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. I came to this area a lot when I was young and love the diversity of natural beauty this area has to offer. We also love how quiet and secluded it is - far from the hustle and bustle of New York or Philadelphia.

It's the perfect location to bring some friends and family and have a great time whether in the summer to just hang out at the local pool/beach and soak in the sun, or in the fall to capture the great foliage the woods here have to offer.
