Best Views on Emerald Isle

Beautiful, well maintained oceanfront duplex (west side only, not entire house) perfect for family vacations.

Views – high ceilings on first floor provide light and panoramic beach and ocean views, second deck off of oceanfront bedrooms. Relax on the main deck in rockers and picnic table. Dune deck provides a wonderful spot for sunrise and sunset viewing.

Child friendly – equipped with high chair, crib, booster chair, gates and pack & play. Gates on each end of the deck provide some security for pets. Second floor bedroom offers 2 bunk beds and TV.

Entertainment – large flat screen HD smart TV in family room equipped with Blueray DVR, , TVs in all bedrooms. Books, puzzles, games and DVDs. Two adult bikes are available for your use. Large Dining Room table able to seat 8-10.

Communications – high speed wireless WiFi

Beach – medium depth beach just a few steps from the deck, plenty of room to spread out. Beach chairs & sand toys stored in Guest Closet underneath house. Private outside hot and cold water shower and hose to rinse off.

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Modern Cabinets and granite counter tops. Gas grill underneath house.

Additional appliances - we try to make sure everything you will need is available. Appliances include: air fryer, coffee maker, single cup Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small deep fryer, slow cooker, toaster oven, iron and ironing board. Hair dryers in all bathrooms.

Great location – a favorite spot for surf fishermen, walking distance to convenience store with gas, grill, beverages and food. Dollar General within walking distance.

The is a house for families - minimum age to rent 25. Due to septic system the MAXIMUM is 10 people, we do not rent to parties larger than that. Ideal max is 6 adults and 4 children. If all adults the max capacity is 8. The second floor street side bedroom is equipped for children with 2 bunk beds.

Perfect location!

We loved the location of this house. Oceanfront, gorgeous views, somewhat private beach and not crowded at all anywhere along our beach. Close to several restaurants, mini- golf, aquarium, lots of hiking! Overall, for the price and location, we would absolutely go back!

Comfy duplex that’s easy to live in

Great property. Very comfortable place. Love the decks and the floor plan. Amazing views and we also saw dolphins! We had a punch list of items that need fixing, although it didn’t stop us from being there.

Great beach front house

Great house and great communication. Had a couple of issues when we were there but they were but were fixed by the end of day. It had plenty of room and everything was well marked and clean. Great views of the beach and dolphins.

Great House!

Very nice house with lots of amenities. A couple of maintenance items are going to be fixed, but it didn’t affect our stay. Unfortunately, tropical storm Debby dumped a lot of rain on us, but we were able to enjoy a few good beach days! Will plan to go back soon!

Great location oceanfront and close to a public dock on the sound (to paddle board), fantastic views, comfortable well-appointed house, and welcoming host. We enjoyed morning coffee and dinner on the deck. We love Emerald Isle and now have a favorite house. We can’t wait to return. Thank you.

Oceanfront beach house

We found this beach house to be very comfortable and very well equipped. From the kitchen ware to beach chairs, beds nicely made up when we arrived and everything clean and lovely. We didn't need the porta crib, beach stroller or portable playpen but this is just an example of how many extras are in this great house. We have been to Emerald Isle on three other visits, this was the best vacation home so far. We can't wait to return.

Ninety percent of the time this includes making the beds and insuring the house is spotless. Gorgeous view, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this vacation home. You can’t beat the view! The beds were comfortable and everything you could possibly need was provided in the kitchen. We enjoyed using the bikes and the grill worked perfectly. Our only complaints are that the living room furniture was filthy and really needs a good upholstery clean and the carpets upstairs need to be cleaned as well. I know it is a pet friendly home but these two factors made the house feel unclean.

Great location/ready for a refresh

This property has excellent access to the ocean with great views. The common areas of the property (living-dining room and kitchen) really need a deep cleaning of all the hard/soft surfaces and furniture could be refreshed. Bedrooms and baths are better. The sliding door to the deck from the living roomdoes not close all the way and the frame appears to be damaged. Owner responded promptly to an outside lighting issue that occurred.

Birthday at the beach

Great house with plenty of space and amazing location. We saw dolphins everyday right out the back windows. The house had all the amenities and space we needed for a great family gathering. Will certainly be back for another stay.

Quiet vacation

The view from this property is amazing. Watching the dolphins every evening and early morning when the tide was in seemed like they were putting on a private show for us- they were so close. If you want a beautiful quiet beach vacation with no walking and awesome views, if you want to wake up and see the ocean from your bed, this house is for you! Owners couldn’t have been nicer!

Beach Beauty

Wonderful stay! House is safe, pretty, and absolutely as advertised. Owner answered all questions and made check in very easy. House is right on beach. It is very well stocked. It has 2 nice bikes. The Weber grill works great. The guest closet has some fun beach items which were very useful. Would absolutely rent again!

Great Stay in EI!

John and Gloria have a lovely home and are great hosts. It’s full of everything you need for your stay at the beach. The house is clean and well cared for. Owners are quick to respond to messages. For those familiar with Emerald Isle, the location of this house is ideal for running to the store if you need something and heading out on adventures like the aquarium.

We retired to the Crystal Coast in 2002 and have found true beauty and relaxation. We enjoy all of the benefits of living here - golf, boating, fishing, beach walking, and just sitting on the deck drinking wine. The only problem with living here is that we miss that wonderful feeling of driving across the Emerald Isle bridge at the start of the vacation.

Why they chose this property

We previously vacationed in Nags Head and decided to try the Crystal Coast after receiving an ad describing a bird and turtle sanctuary. We fell in love with Emerald Isle the first time we drove across the Emerald Isle Bridge and felt the stress of DC leaving us. We bought Ocean Villas the second year and have never regretted it. It is now a relaxation haven for our kids and grandkids.
