It is located in the village of Maleme, in a green location on the historic hill 107 from where the Battle of Crete took place. Only 18 km from the city of Chania and 6 km from the tourist resort of Platanias while it is only 2 km from the junction of the national road.
It consists of four spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a single comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces include comfortable balconies, terraces, gardens, barbecues, parking spaces, while an outdoor private heated pool is offered. Its location offers a spectacular view of the bay of Kolymbari. A green landscape with an unlimited view of the sea and the Cretan sea.
