This was a nice place in a great location. 1 big room. I struggled with the air. I received a text response within 5 minutes and a follow up knock at my door within 10.

Quick walk to the pool. Quick walk to Peddlers where they had live music every evening. Quiet Hours start at 10pm so everything shuts down around 9:30/10. Awesome location, beach access is a short walk. Lots of stairs down to the beach. To get a decent spot you got to get there early. We went at 730am and I had 2nd row. We went at 10am and we were last row. It gets PACKED since you only have access to that private property.We left a beach umbrella. A couple restaurants and a few to go places around paddlers. Again great spot.There is a door codeThere is a seperate pool codeThis building is located behind the main buildings but still a really great spot.

Great location however poorly managed

I had to extend my trip last minute and booked this property on short notice. Communication started off fine—I inquired about early check-in and was informed it wouldn’t be available, which wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately, the condition of the rental upon arrival was disappointing. There was sand and crumbs all over the floor, clearly not cleaned properly. I was told the cleaning crew would be coming back and that I would receive an ETA, but I was never contacted again. Later that day, it seemed like someone had come through to clean, but I found cannabis on the TV stand. This was especially concerning since I had my two-year-old’s toy cars on that stand—thankfully we found it before he did.This has been the most disappointing rental we’ve experienced in this area, and we’ve vacationed here for years. I definitely won’t be staying here again. That said, the location is great, and if you’re traveling on a tighter budget and willing to overlook cleanliness concerns, it might still be worth considering.
