If you are looking for a quick place to stay at the beach this is a great place to book. This is in a perfect location between Rosemary and Alys Beach to the point where everything is walkable if you want to enjoy going into those two different towns. The price was incredible on the room so my friend and I booked a quick weekend trip down to the beach! I will say the room was a little dirty with sand on the floor when we moved in, and there were dirty sheets underneath the bed - but if you’re not staying there long then this is a great place to be for a few days!

Very mice and clean. A lot of new construction around with noise was the only issue.

Beach

We have stayed at the Inn multiple times and this stay was very disappointing. The quality of the property has significantly declined. Our room was very dirty. Floor was covered in sand and needs a deep scrub. Bathroom also dirty with mildew and needs deep scrub. Patio covered in bugs and furniture cushions stained. Property needs fresh paint inside and out. Also pool and surrounding area dirty and feral cats are concerning. The experience was so bad we likely will never stay here again
