Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place right on 30A. Enjoy a 2 minute walk to Alys Beach to get your morning coffee at Fonville Press. 5 minute stroll to Rosemary Beach. Enjoy this perfect location in a condo built for couples or possibly a third guest with a trundle bed. Amenities conclude a pool and a hot tub. Peddlers pavilion bike rental is a short walk away.
Between the months of October and February, exterior construction of the outside stairwells of the building will be taking place during regular daytime hours Monday - Friday 9-5.
Since the unit is on the first floor, there should be no disruption to your access. While daytime noise may be noticeable, but most guests are out enjoying the area during those hours.
We like to keep guests informed-feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
