House is smaller than it looks from the outside, but it is very close to shopping. Bathroom is small and serves all three bedrooms. Second bath downstairs should really be considered a powder room because that shower is scary and only suitable for "hosing off." The house was also dusty and we had ants.

The house was clean, and close to Zona Rosa shopping and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, too!

Good stay but had an ant issue in kitchen. Convenience of location, comfortable beds and quick response time by owner were big pluses.

The beds were very comfortable. The listing said 2 baths, there was 1 full bath upstairs and a toilet downstairs, which to me is not 2 bathrooms. We arrived in town early and were told we could be in at the 4pm check in time, when we arrived there was a car in the driveway. We contact the host and were told they were still cleaning. We checked in 30 mins late. There was a stained shower curtain and one of the kitchen chairs had a large ink stain. Not as many kitchen necessities as I expected. Not the experience I expected.

Kansas City Oasis

Nice quiet neighborhood, everything we needed! The Rhode House was clean and tidy, perfect for our visit for a grandchild’s graduation.
