The property was in a good location. It was clean, it was spacious, it was 5 of us and we had plenty of room. it was awesome. It was cold. Couldn't find the thermostat. Called Cody he told us where and how to turn it on. It was quite unique how to operate it( technology). My sisters and I really enjoyed Cody's amazing home.

Beautiful House. Great Location

My sister and I came down for a weekend of thrifting and antique stores. House is centrally located to various parts of town. The house is amazing. It so clean and open. It has a very relaxing feel! Host was great. The beds were so comfortable. This will definitely be in my return to list!

Family Vacation and Royals Game

Perfect setup to hangout, shoot some pool, play ping pong and throw bags. Had everything to make breakfast and dinners. Comfy beds, Roku TVs, great WIFI. Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful VRBO - Highly Recommend

My family stayed at this beautiful VRBO last week for Thanksgiving. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Check in was easy, amenities were exactly as described, plenty of room for everyone, and fast WiFi which is always a plus. We were close enough to all of the places that we wanted to visit in KC also! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautifully decorated home near Kansas City!

This property was exactly as pictured, clean, functional, and well taken care of. I didn’t need to call the host a single time as everything was taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for the amusement parks

The house was perfect for our needs. Very close to the parks, yet can get to the plaza in under half an hour. The house itself was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool table and pingpong tables were a group favorite.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home with four bedroom and a pool table and ping pong table. Check in was easy and check out was also pain free. Only issue was that the listing stated there was a 5th bedroom but we were never ever to find it.

Perfect family location

3 families gathered to enjoy a few days in KC. The house had all the things we needed to enjoy our time together. We made a meal each day in the kitchen and were able to all sit around the huge dining table. The kids loved the fenced back yard, the pool table, the ping pong table and the cabinet of board games. The home was less than 10 minutes from shopping/grocery store. Less than 7 minutes from Worlds/Oceans of Fun and easy access to the interstate to head downtown and to Kauffman Stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was AMAZING and beautiful. Everything was well stocked and we didnt need for anything. Lots of board games and things to keep the kids entertained. The pool table was a hit. The neighborhood is reallt quiet. Most definitely will be renting this house again when we come back.

Great house. Lots of room for seating, they enjoyed the pool table. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen could use a can opener. I usually pack my seasonings, cooking spray etc and generally don’t need it. I didn’t pack it this time and I had to go purchase it all. Would stay here again.

The house is very nice, clean, and newer home. Quiet neighborhood. Furniture and beds are comfortable. TV’s are good. Only things that weren’t ideal is the curtain situation in the master bathroom shower (tends to want to blow in towards you when showering and have to be careful not to let water on the floor) and the toilets are standard and not elongated. Neither are probably even a thought to a normal sized person, but I’m a bigger guy and used to having better accommodations at home. Otherwise everything was great. We spent 4 nights and went to Kaufman and Arrowhead for 3 nights. Easy drive to the stadiums.

We had an incredible family vacation and enjoyed having everyone stay at a house together. The home was clean and well maintained. I wish there were more seats at the kitchen table, but we made it work. Some of the beds were very firm, which was not our preference, but overall we had a wonderful stay.
