The host provided great check-in & out instructions in a timely manner along with suggestions on “things to do” during our stay. The apartment is gorgeous and provided the basics of what is needed to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Just a couple of blocks from the convention center, Auntie's books, and another block or two from more shopping and lots of restaurants! The corner market a block away was a great place to pick up ingredients for the condo. Great spot, perfect little place to stay!

Jakes place is nice. I did have a couple issues but I was hesitant to notify him about it as I thought he was aware of the issue, and it wasnt an emergency for me to use like the washer/dryer. I did like the couch he has and dishware he provides its nicer than some other places Ive stayed in. His place is quiet minues traffic noise from outside, and other guests nearby that come & go.

The worst

This listing charged extra fees through a third-party company that myself and Vrbo were not aware of. Sent new rules a few hours before check in, the one that caused the cancellation was not being able to open the windows, I have an asthmatic health issue, so not being able to open the windows for two weeks would’ve been unacceptable. This person never refunded the money, but Vrbo refunded their fee. My bank is disputing this. This reservation was canceled. How are we able to leave reviews? There is something very wrong here.
