I wish the kitchen included more items like a few ziploc bags, parchment paper, aluminum foil, oven mitts etc. The big pot was dusty inside when i grabbed it to use. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great Location and Fantastic Condition

I recently stayed at the Riverfront Park Travel Apartments for a convention and it was the perfect home away from home. The unit was clean and updated. It was a much nicer experience than a hotel room where you never have any room to stretch out and relax.

Excellent location walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and Riverfront Park.

Location was safe and we could walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious and clean. My two adult daughters and myself could spread out. Kitchen fully equipped. I will be staying there again on my next trip. It was perfect.

Work getaway

Had a 3 day work trip so I took my family with me to visit our daughter. Great location downtown within walking distance to everything. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and parks to visit. Apartment was perfect size for the daughter and her boyfriend to come visit us and hang out. Only Con to the room would be very thin walls and the neighbors were having a fun night...

Great location, great price, great amenities

We needed a longer stay at the last minute in a location accessible by public transport, suitable for a family with a child, and with cooking facilities and separate bedrooms. This place did everything, for a great price. There were a couple of minor maintenance niggles, but the manager responded quickly and helpfully. The only downside is that some of the walls are quite thin, so you can hear some neighbours through the wall. That said, that's a pretty common problem, and all the benefits far outweighed that drawback.

Wonderful Place

First vacation in 7 years and it was a great experience. My family and I enjoyed this place very much. It was home away from home and my children loved and enjoyed the place very much. I had everything we needed and more. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE BEDS. The location was also a plus. Looking forward to staying at this place when visiting Spokane. I wish I remember the name of the lady that helped us check in early. She was pleasant and made sure we checked in as early as possible due to arriving earlier than our check in time. Overall our first vacation in 7 years was well worth it.

Convenient, except for parking

Everything about this place was just great, except for the parking. If you don't factor in parking, it gets 5 stars. It's not that there isn't any parking. There's parking all over the place. It just all costs far too much. It's like Spokane hates it when people visit downtown and wants to discourage the practice. Now, if you come from another big city, this won't be a factor at all because you are used to it. However, if you are like me and come from a land where "paid parking" is a vile swear word, then you should factor this in.Seriously, though, everything else about the property was great. It was so conveniently located to the convention center that I would even stay here again, parking and all.
