New Mystic Area Waterfront

Beautiful new five bedroom, four bath waterfront home on Wequetequock Cove in Stonington, built in 2021. Water views from the house and backyard patio, with outdoor dining area and fire pit. Sandy Point, Napatree Beach, East Beach Watch Hill and Dubois Beach are all accessible by car or boat. Paddle to Saltwater Farm Vineyard up the Cove, or explore Barn Island Nature Preserve. Just minutes from Stonington Borough, Downtown Mystic, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Westerly and Watch Hill.

The property is set back from the street inside a fenced compound with space for 4-5 cars. The interior has a coastal design with bright sunny rooms. Five bedrooms and four baths give you space to spread out. There are dual master bedrooms, with the first floor master offering a great space for guests with mobility challenges. All white linens are professionally laundered, including fresh duvets. The floors are all hard surface with beach vacation in mind. First and second floor porches face the water and have cafe seating. Enjoy the outdoor dining area with grill. Adirondack chairs and fire pit overlook the water.

Weekend getaway with family

The property worked great for our family for our weekend getaway to Mystic. The house had plenty of room for all , a well stocked kitchen for cooking , great bbq area and outside fire pit down by the river. It was perfect in every way .

Fabulous stay in the Mystic area

We hosted 12 people while in town for a wedding. The house is in a perfect location for Mystic, rooms were clean and large, kitchen was very well stocked. Definitely a place to choose if you’re staying with a larger group. Owner was very responsive throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Wonderful week in Stonington!

The house has easy access to historical and cultural sites, restaurants, beaches, boating, etc. It was a great place to stay: clean, well-appointed, but not full of cringy/cute junk. The house and grounds provided enough space/amenities for people who just wanted to hangout.The owner responded to our questions quickly. Everyone wants me to book the property for next year!

I grew up spending summers on Wequetequock Cove. My brothers and I spent hours at the beach, sailing and canoeing, fishing and crabbing on the cove. After moving around the U.S and Europe for 20 years I wanted to give my kids the chance to connect with this very special place too, so I bought a cottage as a summer home. I built this very special house next door to our original place.

You'll love this clean and modern home's water views, and the porches are amazing. The location is central to Mystic, Stonington Borough, Westerly and Watch Hill. Beaches, hikes, the Seaport and Aquarium are close by. Off street parking makes coming and going easy. Complimentary kayaks and canoes and 50% off power boat rentals let you get on the water.

What makes this property unique

We designed the house to open to the water with windows and glass doors facing the cove. Two porches, two backyard patios and a fire pit offer guests outdoor spaces suited to every part of the day. The first floor master with step in shower works well for guests with mobility challenges. The floors are all hard surface with beach vacation in mind. For your comfort, we use all white linens and a professional laundry. Bed duvet covers are laundered between guests so that everything you touch is clean and fresh. Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary kayak, canoe and paddle board use, and 50% off power boat rentals at Stonington Marina two doors down.
