The hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. The property was well-kept and was quite cozy. It was like a home away from home. The location is excellent because we had access to many nice places. I recommend this VRBO 100%!!!
We needed extra space for a family gathering over the 4th of July weekend, and the Eden Prairie home was a great option. It worked really well for our party. The host was very easy to work with.
Wonderfull place, great hosts.very close to family in the area and located close to everything. Great water pressure, beds were good. Firepit was winderful. 2 coffee pots which was great, never got to use the sauna which was sad not enough time for everything. Went to the MN state fair. A blast as always.. would definitely come back and stay.
This house was perfect for our annual sisters weekend. The property was clean and stocked with just about everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive to our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this property.
Had a great time staying here. The house is quite spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and it was more than enough room for everyone. The backyard had a lot of wildlife for watching including deer, squirrels and rabbits. The house was very easy to get in and out of. We were able to fit 2 cars in the garage which was nice for the cold weather
My family and I were in MN for my father’s memorial service. It was a very emotional time for me, but being able to have my family close was very healing. The house was clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Our first morning there I opened the blinds and saw a beautiful deer having her morning breakfast. We saw this same deer and her two fawns several times during our stay. I contacted the owner a couple times for small things and she answered in a timely fashion. I was very impressed when I told her why we were there and she offered to pray for us. I am a spiritual person myself so this made me feel very comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or jacuzzi tub but the steam shower was very much appreciated. Everything in the house was clean and well maintained and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for providing us with a quiet haven during this difficult time.
Heat and cooling- varied so much from each level; shower head spraying all over the walls and ceiling. Only one TV in whole house. TV - hard to figure out- trouble with internet router. Nice outside area. House could use considerable updating of the rooms and kitchen. Adequate supplies in kitchen- plates, pans and such. Dryer took forever to dry towels, maybe exhaust vent might need cleaning. Overall- ok if a stay. Would like to have been wowed a bit. Sumner so didn’t use sauna- but might be nice in winter.

This is a disingenuous review. The house was built in 1986 and has been remodeled since then. We take great pride in our home and spend countless hours maintaining it and preparing it for guests. Every inch is carefully cleaned, inspected, and prepared for our guests. We recommend leaving the WiFi connected for your future stays. We have a smart thermostat that we could have helped you adjust if our WiFi access had not been turned off. Also, disconnecting the WiFi did not help you in operating the TV. We appreciate you informing us that a shower head needed to be tightened, but the over spray was much less than you are describing and it has now been tightened. There are 2 dryers in the home and it works great to divide a full load of towels between the 2 dryers for faster drying. There is a full supply of towels in the home (many of which were not used) and you had no need to be washing them. For your information on the dryer close to the kitchen, the vent has a very long path to the outside which makes it a little slower, but the vent is clean. Since this equipment is used by me to wash all the towels and bedding in the house each round of guests, it certainly does not take 'forever'. Yes the 10 person sauna, double Jacuzzi, and custom steam shower are all very nice.
Easily accessible from main highways: 494 169, 62, southwest. On cul-de-sac, very little traffic. Quiet, safe location. Nice landscape, well kept yard. Plumbing in excellent condition, no water retention in showers. Paper towels and toilet paper well supplied. Kitchen items available for cooking and cleaning. Does need brighhter light bulbs in the downstairs bedroom and two light bulbs were missing. We use lots of bath towels. Though there was an extra supply of towels, helpful to have more, same size bath towels. Very
respectful, kind, and responsible host. Very willing to work with us to make our stay satisfactory and comfortable. House description online is accurate. No bugs or other pests in the house. Because there are so many carpenters/wood ants outside, in the wooded surrounding of the neighborhood, we found an occasional wood ant indoor, on first floor only. She quickly brought Raid to spray around the foundation of house. This was not an issue at all. Just that I am terrified of ants and spiders. Easy access to house, easy to lock and unlock outside doors. Garage door opener, access to double garage. We would rent this house again and we highly recommend the host. She is a lovely host.

I do try to check on all 250+ light bulbs (we tried to count once) in the house, but it is possible I missed one. My best guest on your light issue is not finding the separate switch for the 2 recessed lights above the bed in the office. The bulbs are fully functional and bright :)
