Enjoy the pinnacle of Okemo Mountain living in this top-of-market ski-in, ski-out, 5-BR home. Property features 4.4k SF, double-height living room, distinct woodwork, craftsman architectural features, a game room, exercise room, ski equipment/mud room, hot tub, and fire pit. Enjoy evenings overlooking the Green Mountains from the porch or watch a movie with the family in the basement entertainment room. Located directly on Okemo Mt., some of the finest skiing in Vermont.

The Space:
Full ski-in/ski-out home located along Day Break trail.

Guest Access:
Accessible with smartlock.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the mountain, minutes to food and dining in Downtown Ludlow.

Notes & Disclaimers:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: There’s a total of 4 window AC units. One is in the living-room and there is one unit in each of the three bedrooms upstairs (bedrooms 2, 3 & 4). AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Pets: We love our furry friends, but this home isn’t set up to host pets. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space serene and welcoming for all.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.

This house was better than advertised! It was spacious, clean, and very welcoming. Communication with the owners was excellent. A group of 8 of us came for a yearly golf trip, and would definitely come back to this property again.

Everything about this place rocks. What a marvelous experience and a top notch location for a young ski family. Only suggestion is to upgrade to king beds and add more bunks for the kids. Will definitely be returning next season

Perfect Ski Home

Unbeatable location directly on Day Break trail. Beautiful home, plenty of space for our three families (13 people in total). We made dinners in the kitchen and there was room for everyone to sit together at the dinning room table. Kids enjoyed the basement area which had games and televisions. Adults sat near the fireplace. Okemo mountain was very good for our group of beginner to intermediate level skiers and snowboarders. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!
