Updated walk in condo! Steps to the outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools as well as the on-site restaurant. This condo has everything you need to have a stress free trip. We have you covered with all the family necessities. High chair, pack n play, toys and games just to name a few things. Relax and play games in the large dining and living room area. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the large and fully equipped kitchen. This place has everything you need!
2 bedrooms with a king and a queen. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room and an air mattress. Everything you need is here! All the essentials as well as some added kid items (high chair, pack n play, crib sheets, toys, games).
Full access of condo with the exception of the owners closet.
The condo is inside the gated Pointe Royale community. With a plethora of onsite activities just steps away from the condo, you will never run out of things to do. We are also very conveniently located near Branson attractions.

Boats and Jet Skis are not allowed on property, but there is a storage facility directly across the street that offers storage for $10/day. 
Parking is located right outside the condo. There are 4 stairs down in the front or slightly off to the right (Same side as the condo), there is a no step option to enter.
Main outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, indoor pool and onsite restaurant are all located within walking distance of the condo.
We allow pets (2 max) at our condo. We do expect that you treat the property with care when it comes to bringing your pet. If you plan to be gone for an extensive amount of time and your pet doesn’t do well in new places or being left out, please plan accordingly. We charge$75 for the first pet and $25 for the second. This will be requested after booking and must be paid prior to checking in. Please ensure you are cleaning up after you pet when you take them out. Try and make sure they are not tracking in excessive mud or dirt on paws.
