ℹ️ The bunkhouse is a bedroom about 15 feet from the main house. It has AC, a large window, (lockable) double doors, and a ceiling fan. It is right next to the outside shower. The decor and bunk beds give it a summer camp feel. Young children may feel uncomfortable sleeping in the bunkhouse because it is not in the main house with their parents, although they seem to enjoy being in there during the day. Older children seem to like it because it gives them space for themselves away from adults. The property has a gate that opens only with a code.

NOTE:
* Please keep in mind that you are visiting Hawaii countryside where the animals are a regular and important part of life. Bugs, roosters, geckos, lizards, etc, live alongside humans here. We will always have a clean and well-kept place for you with routine pest control, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon.

* The driveway is shared with the property caretaker, but no indoor spaces are shared. The caretaker lives in an attached separate unit with its own private entrance and they are available to assist with any needs during your stay. This home is not ADU accessible and requires several steps to access.

* One bedroom is detached from the main house (very close by), yet it is fully insulated with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and electricity.

* Inventory of complimentary items is subject to change and may differ from what is described or pictured.
