Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely and comfortable cottage in a wonderful neighborhood, convenient to downtown Monticello. The house has everything you'll need and plenty of extras. Plus the host is especially accommodating! Will definitely recommend it to others coming to this area.

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s property. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We stayed there for a cycling event, and the location was perfect quiet, very central, and convenient for everything we needed.Brenda was extremely flexible and communication with her was excellent from start to finish. She made the whole experience smooth and very enjoyable.We really loved the place and would definitely come back. Comfortable, clean, reasonably priced in charming Monticello, only 30 minutes from Tallahassee. Had all we needed and then some. Especially liked the comfortable king bed, having two bedrooms, and easy communication with the host. Recommend.

Christmas getaway

Clean and Neat Little House

Close to dwtwn Monticello, much better than a hotel with extra space, neighborhood was nice, I loved the flowering trees/bushes. Owners made extra efforts with sundries; shower was strong and hot, The main bed slept firmly which is great for me and spouse, had good sleep all nights we were there!

Wonderful space for serenity

My caretaker sister-in-law needed 2 things. To visit her brother who is in Hospice and to get some much needed respite from her own caretaking experience. This space was wonderful.
