The property has been lovingly restored and provides all modern comforts. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuites on the ground floor and kitchen, dining and living area on the first floor with spectacular views over Kinsale harbour.
There is a large garden and a patio area. Again the views are spectacular.
The walk down to the town centre is no more than 3 minutes where all the dining, sailing and many tourist attractions that Kinsale has to offer can be easily enjoyed.
