Beautiful Bayfront Condo Steps from the Gulf of Mexico and Beaches

Choose this Bayfront (waterfront) condo at Palm Court Yacht Club on third floor for your next getaway. Nestled on a stretch of calming waters with the beach just minutes away, our two-bedroom condo can easily accommodate as many as seven guests. No matter what your reason for visiting the beach, this is the place to be! Inside, you will find a welcoming space equipped with the comforts of home, including special upgrades like stainless steel appliances, and Smart TVs. In unit, washer and dryer. This community also includes a pool and a hot tub for some relaxation under the sun.
When you are ready to get out and explore, check out a local ecotourism spot where you can enjoy the water and learn about our local environment. There are also places up and down Okaloosa Island and Hwy 98 to rent kayaks and platoon boats or schedule a time on a charter boats, to catch your fish that are in season. We recommend Destin Coast Charters or American Spirit party boat. Or bring your own blow up paddle board. You will find dining options just a short drive or walk away. Like Fubar, Artisans, AJ Shanty, The Remedy, Beale House and more. If you are looking for something new, you are not far from serene Navarre beach or the Destin nightlife. Don’t delay to book - Your spot on the sand awaits.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 7): This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to every check-in.

Don't forget to bring: 
While we provide you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soup and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing soup, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters or pods for Keurig, you can shop at Tom Thumbs for ice or go to the Public grocery store over the bridge for anything else you might need for your perfect vacation.
*One assigned parking space per reservation also there is visitors parking on second level. Use parking tags in unit. *During summer months on Wednesdays, FWB has fireworks that can be seen on the board walk to the beach. Around 9ish

Okaloosa island paradise..

Me and my family stay at this property for a week, it was about a 9 minutes walks to beach the view in the mornings is great overlooking the bay watching the boats go by And natural wildlife. I will definitely stay at this property again

Beautiful Property With A View

This property was absolutely perfect for my family! It was great having a balcony on the water for a peaceful morning coffee! Also great having a pool and very easy access to the beach! We will definitely stay again in the future!

Best Florida Vacation

We had THE best Florida vacation we’ve ever had at this location! We loved the condo! The view was spectacular! Fire works on the 4th were right across the bay! Everything was within walking distance. Definitely want to book again next year!

The location was amazing! The bed in the master was not good at all. Bring your own pillows too. The condo had everything we needed but it was definitely older and outdated. Sitting on the balcony watching the bay was the highlight of the trip. Short walk to the beach but it didn’t have any beach items. Overall, I’d stay again.

Awesome location! Clean and safe property!

Everything was perfect! The unit was clean and very spacious, close to the ocean and directly on the bay. Gorgeous views of the sunset. So many restaurants close by and the beach is a short and easy walk under 10 minutes. The beds were comfortable and they had so many kitchen gadgets for cooking a beautiful meal. We truly enjoyed the balcony. The pool area was welcoming and had a great view of the bay. The permanent tenants were so nice as well! We loved the gated parking and more than one elevator. The owner, Roy, was wonderful! I had zero worries and he answered all my questions so quickly. I can’t wait to come back!

Being on Okaloosa Island looking out to the calm Bay helps everyone to relax. Our neighbors are nice and accommodating. Love the Fireworks during the summer months on Wednesdays

What makes this property unique

Being on the Third floor you can watch the fish in the water and the boats going in and out of the Bay, you can even see some planes fly over head. I enjoy the sunrises and the sunsets. I can also relax at the pool or take a quick walk to the beach.
